We are a humanitarian institution designed to help children, the elderly, and people with scarce resources in order to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are contributing to the development of our people and our country through the help of those who want to give their support to the people of Guatemala. Our Vision: To be an institution in Guatemala that provides hope to vulnerable people through assistance programs; so that their future might be different than their present, and that they might enjoy spiritual, social and economic stability. We want to promote this development in order to achieve the dream of a country with more and better opportunities

The first private pediatric hospital in the region that is completely free of charge.
Located on the peak of the mountain in the village of Llano Verde.
Where all of the elderly meet in the hallway of the home twice a week for a church service.
Created with the vision of providing children with a place where they can get an education and where they can further develop themselves as citizens of Guatemala.

Hope of Life has once again been able to help hundreds of people from the neighboring communities and other places in the region that are in great need with the help of several missionary groups from various churches and organizations from Kentucky, Michigan, Virginia, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico.
For several weeks, the missionary groups, in cooperation with the missionary Carlos Vargas, have been able to build houses for many families, sponsor and build greenhouses that will provide food for the community, and hand out non-perishable food as well as food that was prepared in the infant feeding centers in Teculutan and other villages like Los Limones and Pueblo Modelo.
Likewise they've been able to provide various types of community assistance such as medical, dental, and eye clinics; personal hygiene workshops; church maintenance and donation of candy and toys to the children.
