Missionary Carlos Vargas of Hope of Life; along with staff and volunteer missionaries are seen distributing aid to victims from the devastating flooding in the areas of San Isidro and Valle Nuevo, in Chiquimula.

This aid consists of relief bags full of clothing, food supplies such as canned beans, rice, dry goods, juice and other items from HOL’s warehouse. These provisions benefited more than 150 families that were displaced during the storm. Over 20 tons of supplies were distributed to the victims of these villages within the first few days of the disaster.
Missionary Carlos has been traveling from one village to the next consoling families that are heartbroken from the loss of their loved ones and all their worldly possessions. At Hope of Life we are committed to help as much as possible providing for their physical needs and also praying for spiritual strength during their time of anguish. Please be part of rebuilding the hopes and dreams of these lost people.
